First, I heard this, that, and the other thing from one of the salesmen/. He insisted on only giving me information on a brand new car and telling me that I definitely could afford it?.
Then I went in to meet the financial guy.. He told me the exact opposite of what the salesman just told me, and when I pointed it out to him, he said, "Well that's salesmen for you, you can't trust them:." And this was about his OWN co-worker!
He continued to speak to me like I was a child, in fact calling me "Kid" at one point, and my friend that was with me "Chief:." I'm a 25 year old woman and my friend is older than me, so we're definitely not in the "children" category:. I was very offended and thought he was being extremely rude|.
When the price of the car I was looking at suddenly jumped to $18,000 out of nowhere, and he couldn't explain to me why, I decided it was time to leave. Three hours was enough of my time to play ping pong with these guys. He told me that if I were to go to a different dealership, they wouldn't be able to get my credit to a tier 2 because Saratoga Nissan already had. Also, he said that even with a co-signer, my payments wouldn't decrease at all. That was all total BS!
The next day I went to Nemith Nissan. They were so unbelievably accomodating to me! We had a great laugh about the bozo's at Saratoga Nissan. Not only did they get me a wonderful car at a price I could afford, but they used my co-signer to get my credit to a tier 1!!! The guys at Nemith are very respectful and would bend over backwards for a repeat customer...I'm very happy with my second purchase from Nemith and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Nissan.

Written by Bob Farley on May 12, 2011 from albany, new york, US Funny how most the staff at nemith nissan are saratoga nissan rejects unable to handle the pressure of the number one nissan dealership in the Boston Region. Saratoga nissan is my dealership of choice buying both new and used cars far under the prices i received from those monkeys at nemith.....ps nemiths manager ya that weirdo you see on tv is an *** with a tiny pea brain!!!! |
| 2. Written by LG69 on April 17, 2011 from albany, new york, US I purchased a car from them recently and got my price. Yea, they use bait and switch advertising and jacked up the price of the car to try to get me to bite. I knew what I wanted and what I was going to pay AND was willing to walk if I did not get it. I ended up getting my price and *** off the sales manager, but who cares. After that I give them high marks completing the transaction. Bottom line, go in with a plan. Don't let them get you off that plan. Also, be prepared to walk...like, how many dealerships are there around. Additionally, let them know up front you are willing to buy, but feel free to be an *** about it. They really don't care and many times it gets you your price. In the 30 years I have been buying cars I only was asked to leave one dealership. Only to walk into another and get me price. |
| 3. Written by FaceDoc on March 28, 2011 from albany, new york, US Respectful? REALLY? NEmith? I wouldnt go back there if the cars were FREE! The sales manager - boy - a snotty ignorant punk - told the salesman that I was working with, that he didn't have "time to talk to HER" meaning me, because I wasnt a "serious" buyer and probably had "crap credit".. little did he know i was walking near his office, trying to get my salesman's attention. I left and would NEVER EVER RETURN THERE. I called and asked for his manager, the freak you see on TV, to let him know that I was very upset with this snotty little ***... he never took my calls and never returned a message. Respectful? Hardly. I deal with patients all day and would never, ever treat anyone the way I was treated by these people. Needless to say, they lost a sale (or two). I went across the street and bought an Infinity from LIA. Love it. I also went to Saratoga Nissan and bought the Z that I was trying to buy at Nemith. - both sales, painless, effortless, professional. I've told everyone at AMCH to avoid Nemith at all costs. Perhaps that ignorant little *** should not have prejudged me for not dressing up on a freezing cold day to look at a vehicle. I wonder how many other people are treated like this and just dont do anything about it? |
