Hello,

Ok so let me start off by saying my brother owns a Nissan Murano 08 and had nothing but good things to say about Nissan. Well I came into the dealership on Thursday 11/18/10 and look at your Certified Pre-owned 09 Rogue. Picked it up on Friday 11/19/10. So when I drove off the lot it sounded very loud and made an even louder noise when turning the corner. I drove it right back to be told that yes something was broken and when I bring it back in on Tuestday so they can install my remote starter they will look at it. So I drove it home and on Saturday morning 11/20/10 my Husband said what kind of pre-certifed car is this its making loud noises when you start it, noises when it turns, it smells like harsh 409 cleaning smell and stains on the seat belt and seats. After we discussed it I called Nissan and they said well you can't have your money back but come back in. So we went back. I spoke with Teddy Maldonado who I suspect is the Mgr. He explained to myself and my husband that he will do what he can to try and make it better but we are stuck with the car because we already bought it. I said im sorry but you have 142 check point test on pre-certified cars and you let this leave you lot with the rear differental broken and you tried to do a quick detail on the inside that wasn't even professional done and im stuck with this car? I said I have a feeling you are bullying and lieing to the consumer is against the law and my car I traded in is still on your lot and if you can not give me another car because I obviously don't want this one I want my old car back and he said to me "correction lady its my car now." I eventually got to switch the car for another 09 but I will tell you this I am making it a point to tell everyone at my Company NOT to refer anyone to Nissan and furthermore I plan on putting my story on the employee website to warn people about what Nissan calls their "Pre-certified owned cars." This has been the worst car buying situation that has ever happened to me. I also will be sending this email to the Better Buisness Bureau.

Thank you

i recently bought a car from this rag tag dealership and couldnt be more upset! i instantly ran into issuses after spending 25K, the stain they said they would remove is still there after bring it back in to get cleaned, the noise in the rear end that started in the first 2K miles hasent been fixed, everyone tells me i am just hearing things and there is no noise but its still there. its an endless circle of lies and run-a-round....i can not wait to trade in for american auto!

8) Sometimes you have to look at the person buying the car not the person selling it. I'm in sales and as we know people have different personalities. Everyones ways are the right ways and then criticize the wrong way. Opinions matter...pursuading is childish.

This place is a joke. They quoted me one price on a Nissan Maxima and then backed out when I went to go pick it up. These guys are crooks, stay away! Also, their customer service is horrible, full of liars and cheats! Goto Lia Nissan instead

:grin sounds like you are very hard to please I bought 3 cars from Saratoga Nissan over the last 2 years. Never had an issue with Teddy or their staff. I wouldn't buy anywhere else to tell you the truth. They always give me the best number out of all the surrounding dealers and service me for free.

Yes this is true and its the RESPONSIBILITY of the dealership to do their 142 check point on EVERY pre-owned Certified car. In the end "the customer is ALWAYS right"
