| 3. Written by Lauren on December 20, 2011 from detroit, michigan, US this has just happened to my father. he was a co-signer on a loan, and i was to be the buyer. the loan got denied, we were never once contacted about the loan getting denied. they ( "the operations dept" @ saratoga nissan) came up with a new contract and forged my fathers signature on an 18,000 loan. with only his name. we received the copy from the bank of the contract that saratoga nissan had sent them. FRAUD! we went to saratoga nissan and spoke to Mark in finance who couldnt answer our questions and admitted to us it had been forged. and still he had attitude and tried talking over us the entire time. i would never ever recommend anyone to ever step foot in their dealership. EVER!!!!!! |
| 4. Written by anonymous on December 16, 2011 from albany, new york, US I totally agree. I worked BRIEFLY at Saratoga Nissan. The only job I have ever quit in my life, I felt I couldn't work in a place where one would feel the need to sell their soul to the devil to get respect from management. As a word of advice to anyone reading this, cut your losses and shop anywhere else. My final few days there, the boss was busy dealing with Better Business Bureau complaints against the worst offenders, and I saw the writing on the wall that it was time to abandon ship. |
