I bought a car from Teddy Maldonado, when he was still the owner of Flagpole Nissan in Oneonta, NY. I paid $2,000.00 for the extended warranty, bumper to bumper warranty, on my car. Teddy sold Flagpole Nissan shortly after I purchased my car, but also was still the Manager at Saratoga Nissan, in Saratoga Springs, NY. A very expensive part went in my car, so I contacted the warranty company and they did not have any records of my warranty. I tried calling Teddy Maldonado several times at Saratoga Nissan and he refused to talk to me or return my phone calls.Teddy Maldonado RIPPED me off for the $2,000.00 and kept the money for himself..I don't know about the rest of the world but to me that is a pretty crooked *** in my book. I need some info on Teddy Maldonado, address, or phone number would be helpful..The phone number for Nissan Corporate Headquarters would be very helpful too.. He went to Saratoga Nissan after closing Flagpole Nissan and ripped people off there too. They finally got rid of him there too. I would really like to know where he is located now..If anyone can help with locating him, I would appreciate it immensely.  |

Common scam was to sell rustproofing and undercoating on cars that already came with it and pocketing the money. Teddy seems to be getting desperate that shameful. For years he had affairs while married and probably needs the money for his girl friends. Give a Latin a break YO!  |
